Terms of service.
These terms govern access to BZZZ for fans, artists, clients, buyers, sellers, directory visitors, and other account holders.

Fan accounts
Fan accounts are for discovering artists, saving work, booking appointments, buying flash, art, and merch, reading Mag stories, following tattoo culture, and using public community features. Fan accounts are separate from artist accounts.

Artist responsibility
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their pages, services, pricing, availability, tax obligations, client communication, fulfillment, tattoo work, local law compliance, and professional requirements.

Client and buyer responsibility
Clients, fans, and buyers are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing artist policies, understanding tattoo risks, respecting appointment rules, and using purchased digital files within the rights granted by the seller.

Payments
BZZZ uses Stripe and connected payment providers for deposits, flash sales, art, merch, shop products, tips, and digital delivery. Processing fees, platform fees, refunds, disputes, and payout timing may vary by transaction type.

BZZZ may provide templates for consent, aftercare, intake, and records, but these are operational starting points and not legal, medical, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
