BZZZ is live alpha. That means the app is real, but it is still early. If something breaks, feels wrong, needs changing, or would make the product more useful for tattoo artists, send it here.
What to send
Useful feedback beats polite feedback.
You do not need to write a perfect support ticket. Send the artist handle, what you clicked, what you expected, what happened, and what device you were using. If the app made your workflow harder, say that too.
Feature requests
Tell BZZZ what would make the app more useful: flash tools, shop products, forms, payments, notifications, automation, or workflow changes.
Artist setup help
Ask for help with account setup, Stripe connection, artist pages, products, flash listings, dashboard questions, or early alpha testing.
Partnerships
Supplier deals, print-on-demand ideas, tattoo industry partnerships, press, sponsor questions, or anything that could help artists earn more.

No pretending this is perfect.
BZZZ is being built fast and honestly. There will be bugs, gaps, missing edges, and workflow details that only real artists can point out. The promise is not that nothing will break. The promise is that feedback gets read, problems get fixed, and the app keeps moving toward what tattoo artists actually need.
