Bzzz Fan accounts and individual Bzzz Artist accounts are free right now. BZZZ is not charging monthly fan or individual artist subscriptions at launch.

Refund and cancellation policy.
BZZZ separates fan accounts, artist accounts, and artist sales. Artist services, deposits, flash sales, art, merch, and shop products may follow the artist policy unless BZZZ is legally required to intervene.

Artist deposits
Appointment deposits are paid to hold time, design work, or booking priority. Refundability depends on the artist policy shown or communicated during booking unless law requires otherwise.

Digital flash and downloads
Digital products may be non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, unless the file is defective, unavailable, duplicated by mistake, or otherwise required to be refunded by law.

Physical products
Physical product refunds, shipping, damaged goods, returns, and exchanges are handled according to the seller policy and the artist or studio fulfillment terms.

Disputes
Payment disputes may be handled through Stripe, the connected account, the buyer payment method, or BZZZ support depending on the transaction type.
