Artist ownership
Artists keep ownership of their artwork unless they choose to license or sell specific rights. BZZZ hosting does not transfer ownership to BZZZ.

BZZZ is built around artist-owned work. Protecting tattoo flash, portfolio images, and digital product rights is a core product concern.

Buyer rights
Digital flash buyers receive only the rights stated by the seller. A purchase may permit personal tattoo use but does not automatically allow resale, redistribution, commercial use, or claiming authorship.

Takedown requests
Copyright complaints can be sent to contact@bzzz.ink with the work claimed, the allegedly infringing URL, contact information, and a statement of authority to act.

Counter notices
A seller may respond if they believe a takedown was mistaken, they own the rights, or they have permission to use the work.

Repeat infringement
BZZZ may remove repeat infringers or accounts that repeatedly upload stolen, copied, or unauthorized artwork.
