BZZZ handles fan account data, artist account data, client intake details, order records, payment references, consent records, uploads, saved/followed content, and support messages. The goal is to collect only what the product needs to work.
BZZZ may collect account information, fan profile details, artist profile details, page content, uploaded images, saved/followed records, flash files, product data, booking requests, client contact information, consent records, order details, payment references, support messages, and device or usage data.
Information is used to run fan discovery, artist pages, Feed, Map, saved/followed features, booking requests, payments, digital product delivery, consent records, account security, support, product reliability, and legal obligations.
Payment details are handled by Stripe or other payment processors. BZZZ stores transaction references and operational records but does not store full card numbers.
BZZZ keeps records as needed for account operation, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, financial reporting, consent documentation, and product delivery.
Privacy requests can be sent to contact@bzzz.ink. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, payment, tax, dispute, or legal reasons.
